With all of the changes in the law, contract disputes, and business strategies out there, businesses need an attorney on call more than ever before. In spite of this need, more and more businesses try to get by without an attorney, risking their most valuable assets with each contract they sign and every time they fail to meet certain government requirements.

Why do business owners take this risk? Traditional law firms, while high in quality, are inefficient. Many alienate their business clients with unending and unlimited legal fees. These business owners’ only other option was the use of a DIY, fill-in-the-blank legal service company that, while cost effective, risks harming their businesses with contracts that are improperly written.

Moreover, these services cannot spot legal vulnerabilities for the client in the same way an attorney can. Business owners did not have a better choice – until now.

Your In-House Counsel

We are a team of licensed attorneys. Just as if we were paid high salaries and worked down the hall from you, our job is to review all of your legal agreements, policies, and procedures and regularly report to you with an assessment of how your business is doing. We are here to find changes in the law that help your business and spot legal vulnerabilities for you so that you can take care of them before they get worse.

What We Offer

At Sparks Law, we believe that every business, regardless of its size, deserves (and indeed, requires) high-quality legal services with low, predictable fees.

Businesses will receive:

  • Up to one hour per month of legal advice, consultations, and/or contract analysis (a $175 value); and
  • A monthly comprehensive review of a major segment of their business such as: compliance issues, customer contracts, organizational documents including operating agreements, bylaws and shareholder agreements, trademark and intellectual property review, business purchase agreements and succession planning, employment agreements, and so on. (a $950 annual value); and
  • Monthly reports on the law that you, as a business owner, must be aware of in order to strategically steer your business towards success, taking advantage of any new laws available to you, while avoiding legal vulnerabilities and risk.
